WHAT DOES THE $20 STRONG SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE?

This is like having PT wendy in your pocket. 6 workout sessions each week. 3 Full body sessions, 1 mobility session, 1 focus session and 1 trigger session. Each week we progress through our training programs to ensure you are progressing your fitness, endurance and strength. You don’t have to do all 6 days of workouts, eg: You can choose 2 full body sessions and 1 mobility etc, but you have access all 6 sessions for the week. + you get how to videos on every exercise to learn and practice the current form… + you get coaching and support access to Wendy 24/7 through WhatsApp. While wendy wont always get back to you immediately, she will respond and spends time each and every day talking to clients. + Access to the ARMYOFSTRONGS Facebook Community Group, its new but it will grow into a wonderful supportive community.

WHAT ARE MOBILITY, FOCUS, AND TRIGGER SESSIONS?

Mobility sessions aim to improve the range of motion in joints and muscles, enhancing joint movement and reducing the risk of injuries. They typically involve dynamic functional movements, and exercises focusing on joint health.

Focus sessions target specific muscle groups or skills, aiming to improve strength, endurance, or technique in those areas. They involve concentrated exercises and drills, allowing for detailed, intense work on particular aspects of physical fitness or sports performance. eg: Glutes, Biceps, etc.

Trigger sessions are designed to stimulate muscle recovery and growth between intense workouts. They involve light, restorative exercises or techniques such as foam rolling, light resistance training, or active recovery movements, promoting blood flow and aiding in muscle repair.

WHAT DOES THE $35 STRONG + SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE?

Everything included in the $20 Strong subscription plus Nutrition. Weekly recipe packs including;breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes. Instructions and macros are calculated for you. + additional nutrition support with wendy via Whatsapp. Our most popular subscription..

CAN I PURCHASE ONE-OFF TRAINING PROGRAMS?

Yes, you can. In the Shop you will find each training program available for purchase at a one-off purchase price. Each is a complete PDF with video links to all exercise just as you would see in the app. Access to both PDF and the ARMYOFSTRONGS app.

ARE THE RECIPE PLANS PERSONALIZED TO MY REQUIREMENTS, LIKES, DISLIKES, HEALTH CONDITIONS, ETC.

The $35 Strong + Subscription includes weekly recipe packs. Wendy doesn’t see value in meal plans and prefers to provide knowledge and education around how to feed yourself well, just as she shares in her socials. There are also specialised Nutrition Packs available for purchase if they suit you.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Once you subscribe the ARMYOFSTRONGS, you can cancel anytime by simply emailing [email protected] with one week’s notice from date of email.

CAN I GET A SAMPLE TRAINING PLAN OR RECIPE PACK?

No, we have subscriptions and we have one-off purchases of both training programs and recipe packs. You can see our socials for some graphics and videos on both.

You can pause your subscription with one week’s notice for a period of 4 weeks.

If you are on the Strong or Strong + subscription you can email [email protected] and someone will be in contact, within 48 hours. Plus don’t forget you have 24/7 access to wendy on the other coaches on WhatsApp.

Wendy loves it when you send videos in, simply email [email protected] with subject header: FORM CHECK – ‘Your Name’. Make sure you record from multiple angles and sets of 3-10 reps.
